摘要：

Chinese petroleum enterprises have faced more prominent country risks with the gradually increase of their foreign direct investment. The paper summed the events of China's three stated-owned petroleum enterprises.. from Jan, 2001 to Apr, 2011. First concluded and combed the distribution of the countries being invested, then combined with the data of the International Country Risk Guide (ICRG), at last, quantitatively analyzed the country risk and its source faced by Chinese petroleum enterprises from three levels: composite, indexes and components.
