摘要
This research aims to describe about the challenges of SMEs in Yogyakarta Special Region in global competitiveness. This research used qualitative research design and utilized questionnaire. Data of Small Medium Enterprise in Yogyakarta gets from Small Medium and Enterprise Bureau. Finding of this research shows that current condition factor age and level of education is still become great barrier for SME to compete in global market especially regarding to sustainability of business. Meanwhile, measuring with level of challenges, it is found that networking and marketing channel become a great challenge for SME in Yogyakarta to enter global market
