摘要:
Mass customization is the trend of modern industry. Configuration tool which is a successful branch of AI plays an important role in order to realize mass customization. Our goal is to develop a Generic Product Configuration Tool (GPCT) that is domain independent. Comparing with other configuration tools, GPCT is Platform-based. The configuration process is simplified by introducing platform in the configuration tool. The configuration model, configuration knowledge base, and the system architecture of GPCT are discussed in this paper.
