摘要：

This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of the soft power on the basis of its study at home and abroad. Secondly, it gives the Regional Soft Power's Evaluation Index System through seven aspects: cultural, environment, population quality, public service, science and technology level, the harmonious degree and degree of diffusion, using the factor analysis method. Then makes the Empirical Analysis to Jiangsu Province and finally puts forward the relevant measures of deepening the soft strength development.
