摘要
The reaction of C-60 with poly(ethylene glycol) having a terminal primary amino group or a mixture of ethylene diamine and poly(ethylene glycol) having terminal carboxyl groups resulted in formation of water-soluble C-60 conjugates. These conjugates showed strong cytotoxicity to L929 cells upon visible light irradiation as a result of superoxide production.
