摘要
Although the giant achievement has been made according to the water and sediment regulation, people still have different viewpoint about the influence to water supply in the lower Yellow River because of storing water by reservoirs, the river channel being unstable, the river channel section being scoured and so on. This paper analyzes datum of the water and sediment regulation from 2002 to 2010. The outcome shows that; (1) the reliability of water supply in the lower Yellow River increased because of the runoff allocation function of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir; (2) the application of the water and sediment regulation and the improvement of river training work in the lower Yellow River are beneficial to steady river channel, decrease the degree of river channel wandering and improve the probability of being close between the water supply construction and river channel; (3) the entire lower Yellow River has been successfully scoured because of the water and sediment regulation, which definitely do the negative influence to water supply from the Yellow River. However, in recent years, the average water level of the lower Yellow River has meet the designing demand about water supply of sluice. All the negative influence can be eliminated by the method of dredging the channel in the front of sluice and the sluice area in the lower Yellow River.
