摘要
The efficiency of diphenylurea-type cytokinins in comparison with adenine-type cytokinin, benzyladenine (BA) traditionally used in micropropagation of primocane-fruiting raspberries (Rubus idaeus L.) and black currants (Ribes nigrum L.) was examined. We observed that low concentrations of Thidiazuron (TDZ) and N-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)-N'-phenylurea (CPPU) increased survival rate of primocane-fruiting raspberry and black currant explants. These compounds more intensively promoted the development and growth of axillary shoots irrespective of the extent of bud differentiation.
