摘要
The study presents an investigation of the comprehensive evaluation model to be used in the evaluation of ISO14001 environmental management system effectiveness indexes through the building of AHP-FUZZY comprehensive evaluation method. The comprehensive evaluation index system of ISO14001 effectiveness was established. The weights of indicators were identified and then the consistency test was done. Then the ISO14001 environmental management system effectiveness and various indicators were both evaluated by applying the model on the basis of the weight set as well as judgment matrix. According to the example analysis, the science and applicability of index systems in ISO14001 environmental management system effective, and the rationality and feasibility of the AHP-FUZZY comprehensive evaluation method through the comprehensive evaluation of ISO14001 environmental management system effectiveness were both verified.The evaluation results demonstrate that the AHP-FUZZY comprehensive evaluation method can give an objective evaluation of ISO14001 environmental management system effectiveness.
