摘要
Enzyme-induced calcium carbonate precipitation technology is an environmentally-friendly and efficient soil reinforcement technique, the type of calcium sources may affect its reinforcement effect. Three kinds of calcium sources, calcium chloride, calcium acetate and calcium lactate, were selected for EICP test in solution environment with the test time of 3d. The effect of gel solution concentration, pH value, concentration ratio of urea-calcium salt and volume ratio of enzyme solution to gel solution on calcium carbonate production were studied by single factor analysis, the optimum ratio of different calcium sources was obtained according to productions of calcium carbonate, and the crystal type and micro-morphology of precipitation products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction tests under different calcium sources. The results showed that the optimal ratio of different calcium sources varied in the solution environment, and the production rates of calcium carbonate of calcium chloride, calcium acetate and calcium lactate were 72.5%, 68.8% and 71.6%, respectively under the optimal ratio, and calcium chloride was determined as the optimal calcium source. The crystal type and micro-morphology of precipitation products with different calcium sources were different, when calcium chloride and calcium acetate were used as calcium sources, only calcite was obtained, while the crystals formed by calcium lactate as calcium source were calcite and vaterite, calcium carbonate crystals formed under different calcium sources were all spherical, and the crystals generated by calcium chloride were the most smooth and regular. © 2022, The Editorial Board of Journal of Basic Science and Engineering.
