摘要：

This study was designed primarily to assess the relationships among the implementation of e-commerce, the external collaboration and supply chain performance in the healthcare industry of Taiwan. To examine the impact of e-commerce on SCM in the healthcare industry, its relationship with external collaboration and supply chain performance were empirically tested. The statistical results of analyses showed that the implementation of e-commerce, the external relationship between trading partners and supply chain performance were highly correlated to each other. Supply chain performance is also highly correlated with customer satisfaction.
