摘要：

Left atrial appendage thrombi in neonates are uncommon. We describe a neonate with a large thrombus in the left atrial appendage detected by echocardiography after a paroxystic sustained supraventricular tachycardia associated with intermittent Wolff - Parkinson - White syndrome. Mechanisms and therapy of atrial thrombosis in neonates are briefly discussed. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
