摘要：

Based on the data of China's GEM listed companies in 2013-2016, this paper examines the relationship between government subsidies, their own innovation capability and innovation performance. The research shows that there is an "inverted U" relationship between government subsidy and enterprise innovation performance. The innovation ability of the firm is positively correlated with the innovation performance. Enterprise innovation ability is to adjust the relationship between government subsidies and innovation performance, that is, the ability of enterprises to innovate, can effectively and rational use of state subsidies, so as to obtain better innovation performance.
