摘要
Urban building, energy planning, which consists of heating planning, gas planning and electric power planning, is an integrated energy planning at city level. In this paper, the concept of urban building energy planning in China is described and the research progress of the software for energy planning is summarized. Then, a simulation tool developed by our research group is introduced, which bases on a multi-layer energy system model, energy flow theory and energy equipment models. Finally, the case of Beijing Olympic energy planning for heating and air conditioning system is simulated dynamically and two schemes are analyzed and contrasted on the objectives of energy efficiency, environment emission, the performance of peak-valley load and energy structure. It's concluded that this simulation tool is suitable for urban building energy planning to achieve optimum planning scheme with dynamic analysis.
