摘要
Various refining models exist but none of them provide relations between operating conditions and resulting pulp quality. We have previously shown that pulp quality can be predicted from fibre properties. This work uses pilot and mill trials to develop predictive models between fibre quality and LC refiner operating conditions. The predictive models can be used to maximize pulp quality development during LC refining of mechanical pulp.
