On Upgrade Strategies for Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism

There are many problems exiting in rural tourism development such as single product, less organization and lack of monitoring and support. There problems make the village character disappear and the environment is damaged, which impact its further development. In order to achieve the objective of rural tourism sustainable development, the development pattern should be changed and it can be supported by cooperators, local government and community with funds, technology and knowledge. Moreover, developing rural tourism should full use of local resources, develop multi-projects and prefect product chain and improve the local environment, facilities and services quality. At he same time, the cooperation between stakeholders need be strengthened to ensure fair community participation and rural tourism standardization and normalization, so that other rural industry can be promoted with development of rural tourism, and getting sustainable development of rural economic, social and environment.
