The current economical crisis and the global recession have affected the IT market as well. The present fashionable solutions generated by Cloud Computing are currently being examined by researchers. A major IT evolution seems to be extending world-wide, mostly based on scale economy of the major providers resources, such as Google. In some studies the quality of offers services by the cloud suppliers is accompanied by major cost drops. mostly over 50%. The secret lies within the technology which allows emerging companies to equal multinational ones when it comes to technical resources. The most advanced and efficient technologies in the world are available only locally and are not used at their full capacity. Cloud solutions optimize IT budgets by eliminating expenses for servers, software licenses, hosting, collocation, maintenance, technical ultra-specialized upgrades of any kind, annual subscriptions, etc. The evolution of such services and numerous other problems caused by the "transfer" of information systems on these platforms is investigated in the present article. Cloud computing, under all its forms, is transforming the field of IT in an irreversible way. It is bound to radically change how we conceive of technologies, ways of organizing data, and functioning
