摘要
Room temperature measurements of magnetisation and giant magnetoresistance were performed on heterogeneous CuCo thin films produced with different thickness by means of RF sputtering. Average particle size, particle size distribution, volume fraction of particles were obtained from magnetisation curve analysis. A correlation among moments was found in all examined systems, depending on him thickness. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
