摘要
According to the development and evolvement of resource-based view (RBV), we analyze the relationship between resource management processes and dynamic capabilities and assess several research of measuring dynamic capabilities. Through analyzing the definition of dynamic capabilities, characteristics of processes, emphasis on learning, common research framework, and comparison with activity-based framework, we think it's reasonable to operationalize dynamic capabilities by resource management processes, and present a framework of measurement which includes classification and characteristics of resources, resource management processes, environment factors, and opportunity identification. We also remark some difficulty in operationalization and emphasize some aspects in next work.
