Vehicle navigation and communication system design for maimed persons by integrating GPS/INS/GIS/GSM and voice modules

摘要：
The purpose of this research is by using notebook PC and Kalman Filter technology to integrate Inertia Navigation System (INS), Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographic Information System (GIS), Global Satellites for Mobile Communication System (GSM) as well as voice modules for maimed-persons real-time vehicle navigation and communication. The results of navigation, communication and information can be shown on GIS display as well as sent to a speaker via a voice module for text to sound transformation.
