Upper critical field of the molecular superconductor β' -: Et2Me2P[Pd(dmit)2]2

摘要
We report the measurement of the upper critical field B-c2 in the recently discovered molecular superconductor beta'-Et2Me2P[Pd(dmit)(2)](2). The large anisotropic ratio B-c2\\/ B-c2 perpendicular to approximate to 25 at low temperature indicates a strong two-dimensional character superconductivity. Temperature dependences of B-c2// (intra-plane direction) and B-c2 perpendicular to (inter-plane direction) exhibit unusual non-linear behaviors. Anomalous magnetoresistance is observed around the superconducting transition temperature in the inter-plane direction. Both anomalies are ascribed to the effect of the Josephson-coupled superconducting layers. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
