摘要
Flow cytometric detection of mitochondrial H2S was achieved with propargylic esters of rhodamine B which selectively react with H2S via cationic rhodamine-moiety directed thiolysis of the propargylic esters to give nonfluorescent rhodamine thio-spirolactone.
