摘要
Supercritical fluid extraction is a new green extraction separation environmental technology developed in recent thirty years and the fluid molecules in supercritical state have both gas and liquid characteristics. Compared with the traditional separation technology such as distillation and solvent extraction, the technology has the advantages of simple process, high purity, no harmful substances, non-toxic, safe and recyclable, and has broad prospects in medicine, chemical industry, food and other fields. In this paper, the carbon dioxide fluid is selected as a supercritical fluid, and its critical temperature is 31.3 C, and the critical pressure is 7.39MPa. And based on the theoretical basis of engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer. A model of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction system was established, and a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction platform was built. Then two samples of glycyrrhizic acid and Q10 coenzyme were selected for experiment, and the main extraction modules were analyzed. The results of the experiment were analyzed by X-ray, and the consistency of physical properties and the degree of particle size were verified.
