摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to present a study on internal audit system. The risk management methods presented underlines two approaches that can be used to perform the risk evaluation in the organization, together with analytical models of performance indicators that we suggest to be used in the internal audit process. The practical implementation begins with the procedure definition and concludes with the residual risk computation and the risk treatment plan.
