摘要
According to research achievements on Goal Setting Theory, basketball majors in physical education institutes were assigned to groups to receive a teaching experiment on Goal Setting teaching method. The results showed that, on the one hand, the difficult definite group is better than other groups in shooting skill and scores. It suggested that definite goals had a significant influence on shooting skill and scores and goals should be set definitely in practice; on the other hand, the definiteness of goals could improve subjects' training mood, adjust the feasibility of training objectives, which could improve basketball majors' self-learning ability while attending teaching activities.
