摘要
A change in the substrate work function has been calculated using the Anderson-Newns model for H/ZnO, O-2/ZnO, and O-2/TiO2 systems in the interval of submonolayer adsorbate coverages (0 <= Theta <= 1). Using the relation Delta G/Delta phi approximate to const obtained previously, where Delta G and Delta phi are changes in the surface conductivity and work function, the values of Delta G(Theta) are evaluated, which show a good agreement with the experimental data.
