摘要
Traditionally, when they provide various services for customers, the logistics service providers always spend more time on designing service projects by seasoned person without any decision support tolls. The service projects made by this way unavoidably have some deviation. For improving service efficiency and the level of customer satisfaction, this paper tries to construct a effective logistics service project system based on CBR to help logistic service providers designing individuation service projects for different customers.
