摘要：

It is of great importance to take the educational aspect into account in the early stage of technology development since the implementation of the technology can be thereby accelerated. This paper introduces an ongoing Finnish project called EduPrint, which studies the educational aspects regarding technology development. The case study is printable electronics. The activities of the project include a questionnaire Survey and interviews which focus on the educational needs of the companies acting in the area of printable electronics and on the capabilities of institutions offering education to respond to the demands. This paper focuses especially on the training of the existing personnel in companies.
