Application of Risk Management Methods in Transport Companies

Rapidly changing and dynamically developing environment on the transport market represents a problem of assurance long-term competitiveness for the companies. One of the decisive factors in the direction into quality services is a system of risk management which requires new methods and changes in approach. This paper is focused on innovative solutions within risk management methods. It compares benefits of various attitudes which allow making risks knowledge much more deepen. The process of providing services can be precisely known only through constant monitoring and control of risks. This contribution highlights the fact that an effective measurement of risks cannot be bound only to a particular point in time, so it uses dynamic models.
