摘要
In this paper, we discuss an identification problem of a point source for 3-dimensional scalar wave equation. Assume that the source term is located at a fixed point, and that its magnitude changes with time. For such an inverse source problem, we propose a numerical method without iterative calculation of forward analysis. Our method is based on the integral representation of the retarded potential, and the location and magnitude of a point source are directly identified. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
