摘要
Low-grade, noninvasive tumors of the bladder pose little threat to the patient. The standard treatment is removal by transurethral resection or cautery when they are identified. Once a patient has a history of low-grade papillary tumors and a subsequent low-grade appearing tumor, there is no urgency to proceed with treatment. The growth rate of these tumors is slow and they rarely progress. (c) 2006 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
