摘要
Japan issues the worker dispatch law in 1986. Since then until now, more than 20 years, during the process of continuous development of society, industrial structure constantly changing and integration, the human dispatch business model meets the requirements of the times and supplies all kinds of talents to Japan society continuously. The thesis first researches the human dispatch business development history in Japan after consulting the prior research data. Secondly, discuss the business present development status based on the collection of official data. Finally, analysis and forecast the problem in front of this business and its future development trends under the above investigation and research. Up to now, the study on Japan human dispatch business advantages and disadvantages to manufacturing industry has not been in literature yet.
