摘要：

In problems relating to HPM, it is often necessary to find time-domain terminal responses of a transmission line excited by HPM. This paper considers the cafe of an incident plane wave radiating a single conductor above a lossy ground plane, and uses the BLT equation to find the frequency-domain solution for the load voltages, and then evaluate the transient responses by Fourier transform methods. After the numerical implementation of this method in the computer, some field-to-line coupling laws are concluded.
