Effects of Crystallinity on Dielectric Properties of MgWO4 Filled Semi-Crystalline Polymer Composites

摘要
The effects of ceramic content and crystallinity of semi-crystalline polymers (polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)) on the microwave dielectric properties of MgWO4/semi-crystalline polymer composites were investigated. The crystallinity of the composites was determined from the different cooling conditions. The dielectric constant (K) and dielectric loss (tan delta) of the composites were dependent on the crystallinity. With increasing MgWO4 content, K and tan delta of the composites increased, while the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (TCF) decreased due to the dielectric properties of the individual components and the relative density of composites, respectively.
