摘要
This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the comprehensive quality of the water resource assessment and put forward fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Depending on the materials, we built the evaluation index system by decomposing and refining the water resource quality evaluation of the content, and then we built comprehensive evaluation model of water conservancy talents on the basis of AHP. Finally, this article used the sample data of Guizhou Province Water Resources and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute to do the actual evaluation, which had validate the practical and scientific of the study.
