摘要：
The article conducts the analysis of legal and economic grounds for formation of internal prices for natural gas in the Eastern European and Baltic countries. The major factors which determine the calculation of tariffs are considered as well as the principles of the payments' settlement in gas fuel trade with consideration of peculiarities of certain groups of consumers.
