摘要
This article attempts to reveal the inherent mechanisms of influence that different social ties have on entrepreneurs' management innovation intention. The results based on 375 samples from entrepreneurs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pearl River Delta indicate business ties can affect entrepreneurs' management innovation intention directly, and can also work on it through entrepreneurs' creativity, while the impact of expert ties on entrepreneurs' management innovation intention is fully mediated by creativity. Political ties can influence entrepreneurs' management innovation intention directly and also work on it through entrepreneurs' confidence of management innovation. At the same time creativity can influence entrepreneurs' management innovation intention, while entrepreneurs' confidence of management innovation acts as partial mediating factor.
