摘要
We present an overview of the recent advances in numerical analysis of 2-D structures using singularity-cancellation transformations in conjunction with entire-domain higher-order analysis. It is demonstrated that the transformation allows high-precision integration. If the orthogonal polynomials are used as basis functions, along with the high-precision integration, the size of curvilinear mesh elements can be several hundreds of wavelengths. Examples of curvilinear 2-D structures are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the approach.
