摘要
Enhancement of resonance frequency in a coupled cavity DFB-LD with phase-shifted/uniform gratings by photon-photon resonance is reported. The resonance frequency is 40.45 GHz and the 3-dB down band width is 57.4 GHz when the injected current is 3 times the threshold current.
