摘要：

Through the definition of knowledge management in Higher Education, the paper analyzes the progress of knowledge management in Higher Education home and abroad, and the constraints in the development of China's Higher Education. According to the innovation requirements for Higher Education Management, the paper proposes some suggestions to promote management innovation of modern higher education.
