摘要
Firstly, following the guidable, comprehensive, easily operational and comparable principle, we design an evaluation index system of teaching quality in university to service experts, which includes four first level indexes - teaching content, method, attitude, effect. Secondly, we study the TOPSIS based on two-tuple linguistic processing, and then apply this method to the comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality in university. Lastly, we provide an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method in the paper.
