摘要
Gangliosides are double-tailed biological amphiphiles naturally abundant in the nervous system. We present a quasielastic neutron scattering study on the dynamics of ganglioside molecules in 15% concentration micellar solution. The scattering contribution due to gangliosides has been analysed in terms of a simple model of confined diffusion within a sphere with rigid walls. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
