摘要
This paper proposes a novel planning method for reactive power in distribution system considering the randomness of distributed wind generator and load. The planning model is based on the chance constrained programming, in which the randomness of the distributed wind generator as well as the uncertainty of the load are considered. The objective of the planning model is to minimize the annual comprehensive cost, including the investment cost of reactive compensation devices and cost of power losses. The planning model is solved by adaptive genetic algorithm and probabilistic power flow method. The modified IEEE 69-bus distribution system is used to carry out the case studies, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the solving strategy.
