The empirical research on the achievement of the Cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises

This article selects 45 Cross-border mergers and acquisitions enterprises in china from 2002 to 2003,taked the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method analysis the mergers previous year, and mergers the same year, and mergers the latter year and mergers the latter two years enterprise achievements to get the total sum, then score points on achievements effect according to the synthesis, finally drew the conclusion, our country enterprise cross-border and mergers the achievements not to obtain the remarkable enhancement, after the most enterprises mergers and acquisitions the enterprise achievements not obvious change for the better. We need to search the reasons from many aspects; cross-border mergers of our country enterprise will soon success.
