摘要
Fan is mainly composed of bearing, motor, blade, integrated circuits, etc. Rolling bearing as an important part of the fan, it directly influences the reliability of the performance of the air cooling equipment. This paper presents an experimental study of bearing reliability by setting up a fan bearing test-bed. The three parameters of weibull distribution are solved by using the correlation coefficient optimization method, and the model about bearing life reliability is established based on the three parameter weibull distribution, to analyze the reliability of bearing. It shows that the reliability of bearing in each period will be accurately judged through the establishment of the bearing life reliability model, which will provide theoretical support for the fan bearing maintenance and life prediction, and provide guidance for predictive maintenance of fan equipment.
