摘要
The concept of core competence of the medium and minor enterprises is defined in this paper. There are four key subsystems, which is included in the core competence of medium and minor enterprises. They are technological innovation subsystem, organizational management subsystem, marketing subsystem and corporate culture subsystem. Using dissipation structure theory of systematic theory, the formation and promotion of core competence of medium and minor enterprises is described in detail in this text. It is thought that core competence system of medium and minor enterprises can form dynamic steady structure, which represents the function of the advantage continuously to external environment, through exchanging material, energy, message with external environment condition constantly, when total entropy value is up to a critical point within the system and by the fluctuations within the system. Then core competence of medium and minor enterprises forms. After this, enterprises should continue studying from the external environment, and make the core competence of middle and small enterprises get constant promotion.
