摘要
Berberine is a potent allelochemical on Microcystis aeruginosa, but its antialgal mechanism is not fully known. In order to explore this mechanism, cytomembrane permeability under berberine stress were studied, and spectroscopy of nucleic acid were also measured. The results showed that the efflux of Ca2+ and Mg2+ of M. aeruginosa were increased significantly under more than 0.01% (W/V) berberine stress(P<0.05). The absorbance of UV spectra presents hypochromic effect with DNA concentration of M. aeruginosa increasing. It was concluded that berberine increased the cytomembrane permeability and interaction with DNA molecular of M. aeruginosa might involved in antialgal mechanism of berberine.
