摘要
The following questions will be proposed in this thesis: how to highlight the humanistic character in management; at present, what kind of Human Resource Management modes exist. Work-Life Plan Strategic, a new human resource management strategic which can balance both work and life is being concerned by more and more enterprises. The paper starts from work-life plan strategic, sorts out the relation between this new human resources management strategic, business plan performance, operating results and the financial results.
