摘要：

By using the method of literature, the article discusses and researches on organization characteristics of colleges and universities' sports in Chinese, and concludes its six major characteristics which are educational, academic, democratic, exoteric, independent and service. It also provides theoretical basis to do further comprehension on sports organization in Chinese colleges and universities.
