摘要
The induction of senescence in tumor cells impairs transformation and promotes an anticancer immune response resulting from the production by senescent cells of cytokines and chemokines, an aspect known as "senescence-associated secretory phenotype" (SASP). Here we discuss recent findings regarding the role of NF kappa B in the modulation of the SASP and the consequent anticancer immune response.
