摘要：

Using the literature, expert interviews, logical analysis, study the history of women's participation in the Olympics,point out that women's ability in athletics is not prevail the man's because women's athletic program's start is late in the international arena, and most countries' focus on women's sports is not enough, also found other reasons which make the Chinese women's athletic program was better than men's sports programs.
